When proving the buoyancy, trim and stability of the parts of a vessel which have been separated in accordance with Article 22a.05(2)(a), it shall be assumed that both parts were partly or fully unloaded beforehand or That containers extending beyond the hatch coaming were suitably protected from slipping.
