23 (1) Avec l’approbation du gouverneur en conseil, la Commission peut conclure des contrats visant à constituer un régime collectif d’assurance-vie ou un régime collectif d’assurance médicale-chirurgicale; ces régimes étant au bénéfice des administrateurs et des membres du personnel de la Commission ainsi que de leurs personnes à charge, notamment l’époux ou le conjoint de fait, les enfants et tout autre parent de ces administrateurs et ces membres, et tout enfant ou autre parent de leur époux ou conjoint de fait.
