When a road vehicle or combination of vehicles is carrying out a TIR transport, one rectangular plate bearing the inscription ‘TIR’ and conforming to the specifications given in Annex 5 to this Convention, shall be affixed to the front and another to the rear of the road vehicle or combination of vehicles.
Lorsqu'un transport TIR sera effectué par un véhicule routier ou par un ensemble de véhicules, une plaque rectangulaire portant l'inscription «TIR» et ayant les caractéristiques mentionnées à l'annexe 5 de la présente Convention sera placée à l'avant, et une autre identique à l'arrière du véhicule routier ou de l'ensemble de véhicules.
