5. At the time when two or more adjacent capacity calculation regions in the same synchronous area implement a capacity calculation methodology using the flow-based approach for the day-ahead or the intraday market time-frame, they shall be considered as one region for this purpose and the TSOs from this region shall submit within six months a proposal for applying a common capacity calculation methodology using the flow-based approach for the day-ahead or intraday market time-frame.
5. Dès lors qu'au moins deux régions adjacentes pour le calcul de la capacité à l'intérieur de la même zone synchrone mettent en œuvre une méthodologie de calcul de la capacité selon l'approche fondée sur les flux pour l'échéance journalière et infrajournalière, elles sont considérées comme une seule région à cet effet, et les GRT de cette région soumettent dans les six mois une proposition visant à appliquer une méthodologie commune de calcul de la capacité selon une approche fondée sur les flux pour l'échéance du marché journalier ou infrajournalier.
