Does the hon. member intend to put forward a shoot, shovel and shut up policy in Canada and wind up with his incentives encouraging Canadian ranchers and farmers to get rid of the animals rather than providing incentives or carrots rather than sticks in terms of dealing with endangered species?
Le député compte-t-il proposer une telle politique au Canada et se retrouver avec des incitatifs qui encourageront les propriétaires de ranch et les agriculteurs du Canada à se débarrasser des animaux, au lieu d'offrir des incitatifs, des carottes au lieu de bâtons, qui protégeront les espèces menacées?
