Merger regulationThe Commission has adopted a formal decision under Article 85 of the EC treaty relating to a notified technological cooperation agreement whereby the American computer manufacturer Digital undertakes to make available to the Italian computer manufacturer Olivetti its Alpha AXP technology based on its new RISC ("Reduced Instruction Set Computer") microprocessor.
