In implementing such procedures, the Commission will draw heavily on the technical expertise of the JRC, especially in drawing up the schedule of conditions for technical assistance contracts, drafting technical specifications for equipment to be provided and work to be carried out, identifying and approving experts to sit on evaluation panels, and technical monitoring and control of these panels' work.
Dans le cadre de la mise en oeuvre de ces procédures, la Commission fera largement appel à l'expertise technique disponible au sein du CCR notamment pour l'établissement des cahiers des charges des contrats d'assistance technique, la rédaction des spécifications techniques relatives aux fournitures d'équipements et de travaux, la désignation et l'approbation des experts participant aux jurys d'évaluation, la surveillance et le contrôle technique des travaux de ces jurys.
