4 (1) The objects of the Authority are to construct, maintain and operate a bridge across the Rainy River from a point in or near the town of Fort Frances, in the province of Ontario, to a point in or near the city of International Falls, in the state of Minnesota, for pedestrian and vehicular traffic and for any other like purpose.
