Je ne sais pas si c'est vrai, mais il semble qu'il voulait expulser l'Afrique du Sud du Commonwealth et que le Canada n'avait pas le droit de participer aux activités du Commonwealth tant qu'il maintiendrait l'apartheid au Canada et qu'il n'accorderait pas le droit de vote aux autochtones.
