If, in the final analysis, and hypothetically, these objectives were not met by the Solidarity Fund, the federal government could come in and change the rules of the game, interfering with the Fund's mandate and its portfolio management, because of the tax credits given to Solidarity Fund shareholders.
Ces objectifs, ultimement, hypothétiquement n'étant pas atteints par le Fonds, on viendrait changer les règles du jeu, on viendrait s'immiscer et dans la mission du Fonds et dans la gestion de son portefeuille, et ce, au nom du dégagement fiscal dont bénéficient les actionnaires du Fonds de solidarité.
