support Member States in carrying out the above tasks and international sectoral organisations in using the reference levels and principles of the European Qualifications Framework as set out in this Recommendation, in particular by facilitating cooperation, exchanging good practice and testing — inter alia through voluntary peer review and pilot projects under Community programmes, by launching information and consultation exercises with social dialogue ...[+++]committees — and developing support and guidance material.

The Monitoring Committee met in February, July and November 2002. The programme complement was finalised in June and contains the project selection criteria and the indicators and quantitative objectives of the programme's various operational measures. The public call for projects was then launched in August by the Ministry of Economics, closed in October and followed by the project selections procedure in late 2002 and early 2003. Any research project involving the use of human embryos and human embryonic stem cells, following the ethical review mentioned above, will be submitted to a Regulatory Committee.

I have done my research and know that in part of the process of designating countries there will be a DCO country review that includes input from the Government of Canada partners, through the interdepartmental country review committee.

This office is responsible for federal interdepartmental coordination in relation to the Mackenzie Gas Project as the project review moves from the environmental impact phase to the licensing and permitting phase should the project receive NEB approval.
