‘Proportional share’ means either, where method 1 or method 2 described in point 3 is used, the proportion of the subscribed capital that is held, directly or indirectly, by the participating undertaking or, where method 3 described in point 3 is used, the percentages used for the establishment of the consolidated accounts.
Par «part proportionnelle», on entend soit, si la méthode no 1 ou no 2 décrite au point 3 est utilisée, la fraction du capital souscrit qui est détenue, directement ou indirectement, par l'entreprise participante, soit, si la méthode no 3 décrite au point 3 est utilisée, les taux retenus pour l'établissement des comptes consolidés.
