Of decisive importance here are the large amount of lending to subsidiaries in the growing and, at the same time, increasingly difficult real estate service business (IBAG/IBG/LPFV, including the IBAG subsidiaries IBV and Bavaria) by the group’s subbanks (BGB, LBB and BerlinHyp), as well as the profit‐and‐loss pooling arrangements between IBG and its subsidiaries Bavaria and IBV, on the one hand, and BGB and IBAG, on the other.
À cet égard, il faut citer d'une part les crédits que les filiales du secteur des services immobiliers, en expansion et rencontrant simultanément de plus en plus de difficultés (IBAG/IBG/LPFV, y compris IBV et Bavaria, filiales d'IBAG) ont obtenu des banques du groupe (BGB, LBB et BerlinHyp), et d'autre part, les accords de mise en commun des résultats passés entre IBAG et ses filiales Bavaria et IBV d'une part et BGB et IBAG d'autre part.
