Definition: Personality disorder characterized by a definite tendency to act impulsively and without consideration of the consequences; the mood is unpredictable and capricious. There is a liability to outbursts of emotion and an incapacity to control the behavioural explosions. There is a tendency to quarrelsome behaviour and to conflicts with others, especially when impulsive acts are thwarted or censored. (k) in the case of an explosive to be stored in a magazine owned by a person other than the applicant, proof that the other person has agreed to have the explosive stored in their magazine; and

(k) if any of the secure storage sites is a magazine that is owned by a person other than the applicant, proof that the other person has agreed to have the explosive stored in their magazine if an interruption in transportation occurs;

(j) in the case of an explosive to be stored in a licensed factory or a licensed magazine, the number and expiry date of the factory or magazine licence and, for each explosive that will be stored there, the quantity of that explosive authorized by the licence to be stored;

(2) A Superintendent may issue a permit authorizing a person described in subsection (3) to have in their possession, store or use any explosive in a Park, where that person is authorized under the Explosives Act to have in their possession, store, use, make, manufacture or sell such an explosive in any other part of Canada.
