B. whereas the genetically modified MON-877Ø8-9 × MON-89788-1 soybean, as described in the application, expresses the DMO proteins which confer tolerance to dicamba-based herbicides and the CP4 EPSPS protein which confers tolerance to glyphosate-based herbicides; whereas the International Agency for Research on Cancer – the specialised cancer agency of the World Health Organisation – classified glyphosate as probably carcinogenic to humans on 20 March 2015 ;
B. considérant que le soja génétiquement modifié MON-877Ø8-9 × MON-89788-1, tel qu'il est décrit dans la demande, exprime les protéines DMO, qui confèrent une résistance aux herbicides contenant du dicamba et la protéine CP4 EPSPS, qui confère une tolérance aux herbicides contenant du glyphosate; considérant que le Centre international de recherche sur le cancer, l'agence spécialisée de l'OMS en matière de recherche sur le cancer, a classé le glyphosate comme étant probablement cancérigène pour l'homme le 20 mars 2015 ;
