12xddd The operator of an approved shooting range who proposes to make a change that affects the matters set out in the documentation submitted under subsection 3(2) shall give advance notice of the proposed change to the chief firearms officer within sufficient time, given the nature and complexity of the proposed change, to allow the chief firearms officer to evaluate it.
