Had there been sympathy with the situation, had there been a situation where other Canadians, someone living in the city of Toronto, had heard that the Prime Minister says we do have a problem, we have an extreme problem out there in the west.How else can an urban dweller think, if our highest officials disregard the problem and say, “I don't think it's as bad as perhaps you think it is; it's improving out there”?
