1. Dans la mesure nécessaire pour permettre l'exportation, en l'état ou sous forme de marchandises mentionnées à l'annexe V, des produits visés à l'article 1er, paragraphe 1, points a), c) et d), sur la base des cours ou des prix sur le marché mondial pour les produits visés au même paragraphe, points a) et c), et dans les limites découlant des accords conclus en conformité avec l'article 300 du traité, la différence entre ces cours ou prix et les prix dans la Communauté peut être couverte par une restitution à l'exportation.
1. To the extent necessary to enable the products listed in Article 1(1)(a),(c) and (d) to be exported without further processing or in the form of goods listed in Annex V, on the basis of world market quotations or prices in the case of products listed in Article 1(1)(a), (c) and (d), and within the limits resulting from agreements concluded in accordance with Article 300 of the Treaty, the difference between such quotations or prices and prices in the Community may be covered by export refunds.
