This indicated to me that, if I could put together a method of listing companies on the Bahamas Stock Exchange companies that wanted to drop off the exchanges on which they were listed and go to the unlisted market in Ontario this would give them an option.

The option data and the over-the-counter market is pretty real-time, the futures market.

Under to the Law, the Minister for Economic Affairs and Finance is authorised to sign contracts effecting the aforesaid transfer and setting out the rights of the Greek State in relation to those shares, including the Greek State’s right to buy back the shares if it so wishes (call option), but also the obligation to do so should the pension fund need cash to fund the pension benefits under the VRS (put option) at their closing price on the day of the non-stock-market transfer.
