List of Countries

Definition: An acute psychotic disorder in which the polymorphic and unstable clinical picture is present, as described in F23.0; despite this instability, however, some symptoms typical of schizophrenia are also in evidence for the majority of the time. Definition: A disorder of persistent or recurrent hallucinations, usually visual or auditory, that occur in clear consciousness and may or may not be recognized by the subject as such. Delusional elaboration of the hallucinations may occur, but delusions do not dominate the clinical picture; insight may be preserved. | Organic hallucinatory state (nonalcoholic)

Definition: Includes cases with a history of hypertension and foci of ischaemic destruction in the deep white matter of the cerebral hemispheres. The cerebral cortex is usually preserved and this contrasts with the clinical picture which may closely resemble that of dementia in Alzheimer's disease.

(i) any written complaint made to the Tribunal by a domestic producer of goods alleging that like or directly competitive goods that originate in a country designated in the List of Countries set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff as a beneficiary of the General Preferential Tariff and that are being imported into Canada at the General Preferential Tariff rates of customs duty under section 33 of the Customs Tariff, or that originate in a country designated in the List of Countries set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff as a beneficiary of the Least Developed Country Tariff and that are being imported into Canada at the Lea ...[+++]st Developed Country Tariff rates of customs duty under section 37 of the Customs Tariff, are causing or threatening injury to that producer, or

(b) goods that originate in a country set out in the List of Countries and that fail to meet the conditions for entitlement to any other tariff treatments provided for under this Act; and

37 (1) Subject to sections 24 and 39 and any order made under section 38, goods that originate in a country set out in the List of Countries as a beneficiary of the Least Developed Country Tariff are entitled to the Least Developed Country Tariff rates of customs duty.

15 (1) The Minister may, by order, amend the List of Countries to reflect a change in the name of a country set out in that List.
