L’Autorité européenne de sécurité des aliments (l’«Autorité») a conclu, dans ses avis du 17 juin 2009 (2), que la préparation enzymatique à base d’endo-1,4-β-xylanase produite par Trichoderma reesei (ATCC PTA 5588), de subtilisine produite par Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 2107) et d’α-amylase produite par Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (ATCC 3978) n’avait pas d’effet néfaste sur la santé animale, la santé humaine ou l’environnement, et que l’utilisation de la préparation considérée améliorait les paramètres de performance des animaux.
The Authority concluded in its opinions of 17 June 2009 (2) that the enzyme preparation of endo-1,4-beta-xylanase produced by Trichoderma reesei (ATCC PTA 5588), subtilisin produced by Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 2107) and alpha-amylase produced by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (ATCC 3978) does not have an adverse effect on animal health, human health or the environment and that the use of that preparation improves the performance of the animals.
