23 (1) Si une compagnie y est autorisée par ses statuts, elle peut avoir, pour s’en servir dans une province qui n’est pas la province où est situé le siège de la compagnie, ou pour s’en servir dans un territoire, district ou endroit hors du Canada, un sceau officiel qui doit être le fac-similé du sceau corporatif avec l’addition sur sa face du nom de la province, du territoire, du district ou de l’endroit où ce sceau doit être utilisé.
23 (1) A company if authorized by its by-laws may have for use in any province, not being the province in which the head office of the company is situated, or for use in any territory, district or place outside Canada, an official seal, which shall be a facsimile of the corporate seal, with the addition on its face of the name of the province, territory, district or place where it is to be used.
