Il résulte de la jurisprudence de la Cour que le simple retrait de plaquettes thermoformées, flacons, fioles, ampoules ou inhalateurs de leur emballage externe d'origine et leur replacement dans un nouvel emballage externe ne peut affecter l'état d'origine du produit à l'intérieur de l'emballage.
It follows from the jurisprudence of the Court that the mere removal of blister packs, flasks, phials, ampoules or inhalers from their original external packaging and their replacement in new external packaging cannot affect the original condition of the product inside the packaging.
