Comme nous l’avons déjà dit, le Parlement central peut modifier la Constitution en ce qui touche les fonctions exécutives du gouvernement du Canada, le Sénat et la Chambre des communes, mais il ne peut pas modifier la charge de reine ou celle de gouverneur général, ni les dispositions relatives au Sénat et à la Cour suprême du Canada assujetties aux procédures de modification constitutionnelle.
As already noted, the national Parliament can amend the Constitution in relation to the executive government of Canada and the Senate and the House of Commons, except that it cannot touch the office of the Queen or the Governor General, nor those aspects of the Senate and the Supreme Court of Canada entrenched by the amending formulas.
