ii) ces produits soient originaires, au sens du présent protocole, de Tunisie ou de la Communauté, ou lorsque les conditions requises à l'article 4, paragraphes 3 et 4, sont remplies, d'Algérie ou du Maroc, à condition qu'ils aient été soumis à des ouvraisons ou transformations allant au-delà des ouvraisons ou transformations insuffisantes visées à l'article 8;
(ii) those products are originating in Tunisia or the Community within the meaning of this Protocol, or when the conditions required in Article 4(3) and (4) are fulfilled from Algeria or from Morocco provided that they have been submitted to working or processing which goes beyond the insufficient working or processing referred to in Article 8.
