(13) considérant que les États membres, les partenaires sociaux, les partis et organisations politiques, les organisations non gouvernementales ainsi que les médias jouent un rôle déterminant dans la construction d'une société où les responsabilités dans les domaines politique, économique, social et culturel sont exercées de manière équilibrée par les femmes et les hommes;
(13) Whereas the Member States, the social partners, political parties and organisations, non-governmental organisations and the media play a key role in creating a society where there is a gender balance in the exercise of responsibilities in the political, economic, social and cultural spheres;
