(3) L’article 2 définit comme suit le mot « hybride » : a)ovule humain fertilisé par un spermatozoïde d’une autre forme de vie; b) ovule d’une autre forme de vie fertilisé par un spermatozoïde humain; c) ovule humain dans lequel a été introduit le noyau d’une cellule d’une autre forme de vie; d) ovule d’une autre forme de vie dans lequel a été introduit le noyau d’une cellule humaine; e) ovule humain ou d’une autre forme de vie qui, de quelque autre façon, contient des compléments haploïdes de chromosomes d’origine humaine et d’une autre forme de vie.
(3) The word “hybrid” is defined in clause 2 as: a) a human ovum that has been fertilized by a sperm of a non-human life form; b) an ovum of a non-human life form that has been fertilized by a human sperm; c) a human ovum into which the nucleus of a cell of a non-human life form has been introduced; d) an ovum of a non-human life form into which the nucleus of a human cell has been introduced; or e) a human ovum or an ovum of a non-human life form that otherwise contains haploid sets of chromosomes from both a human being and a non-human life form.
