The access issue was front and centre, a major component of that dialogue, as well as a zone to the north, which is the O'Grady Lake boundary on the northern section of the park where the decision was made to provide both Parks Canada access to the park from the northern region as a headwater location to access the park, but as well to provide public lands that would also be available for tourism development that the people of that region have an interest in pursuing in the future.
