Néanmoins, c'est la loi désignée par le présent règlement comme étant la loi applicable à la succession qui devrait préciser s'il convient que les libéralités ou autres formes de dispositions inter vivos avec effet de droit réel avant le décès soient rétablies ou prises en compte aux fins du calcul des parts des bénéficiaires conformément à la loi applicable à la succession.
However, it should be the law specified by this Regulation as the law applicable to the succession which should determine whether gifts or other forms of dispositions inter vivos giving rise to a right in rem prior to death should be restored or accounted for for the purposes of determining the shares of the beneficiaries in accordance with the law applicable to the succession.
