Le rapport final de l'exercice d'évaluation des besoins en infrastructures de transport (EBIT) a été publié en octobre 1999, mettant ainsi fin à la mission d'enquête factuelle de la Commission visant à déterminer les composants nécessaires du futur réseau transeuropéen de transport sur le territoire des onze pays candidats à l'adhésion, à savoir la Bulgarie, Chypre, l'Estonie, la Hongrie, la Lettonie, la Lituanie, la Pologne, la République tchèque, la Roumanie, la Slovaquie et la Slovénie.
The Transport Infrastructure Needs Assessment (TINA) final report was published in October 1999, bringing to an end the Commission's fact-finding mission to identify the necessary components for the future Trans-European Transport Network on the territory of 11 candidate countries for accession: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
