À moins que la Commission, en parallèle avec l'avis des États membres du comité du FED, ne veuille pas poursuivre le projet ou programme retiré, il est présenté une nouvelle fois ultérieurement au comité du FED en dehors du programme d'action annuel conformément aux dispositions du paragraphe 1, alinéa 2, du présent article, sous la forme d'une proposition de financement, qui est ensuite adoptée par la Commission conformément à la procédure de gestion définie à l'article 11, paragraphe 3, du présent règlement.
Unless the Commission, in line with the views of the Member States in the EDF Committee, wishes not to pursue the withdrawn project or programme it shall, at a later stage, be re-submitted to the EDF Committee outside the annual action programme as provided for in paragraph 1, second subparagraph of this Article in the form of a financing proposal which shall then be adopted by the Commission in accordance with the management procedure set out in Article 11(3) of this Regulation.
