(a) contrats de garantie, en vertu desquels une personne dispose, à titre de garantie, d'un intérêt réel ou éventuel dans les actifs ou les droits pouvant faire l'objet d'un transfert, que cet intérêt soit garanti par des actifs ou droits spécifiques ou par une charge flottante ou un arrangement similaire;
(a) security arrangements, under which a person has by way of security an actual or contingent interest in the property or rights that are subject to transfer, irrespective of whether that interest is secured by specific property or rights or by way or a floating charge or similar arrangement;
