In the case of Madrid, where a tender organised by the public undertaking (AICCM) was provided as an example of a technologically non-neutral tender for extension of coverage (see paragraph 186, the amount of EUR 3 622 744 granted to the contracted company, Retevision S.A., must be recovered in full from Retevision, as winner of the non-neutral tender, and subtracted from the amount to be recovered from AICCM, the public undertaking which is the direct beneficiary (109).
