Je donne quelques exemples : Deutsche Post a récemment acquis le contrôle de DHL International et opère sous les régime du monopole pour les envois jusqu'à 200 grammes - en général ; on pourrait citer ensuite les diversifications des entreprises postales publiques dans d'autres secteurs - ; le cas d'EDF (Électricité de France ), qui a fait des acquisitions en Angleterre, en Suède, en Finlande ; France Telecom a acquis Orange ; ou bien Enel , pour en rester au cas italien, qui a acquis Infostrada et, toujours dans le cas italien, nous pourrions citer les nombreuses entreprises municipales qui opèrent de la même façon.
By way of example, Deutsche Post has recently gained control of DHL International and is operating under a monopoly for dispatches up to 200 grams, and then, on a more general note, we could cite the diversification of the State postal companies in other sectors; EDF (Eléctricité de France) has taken over companies in Britain, Sweden and Finland, France Telecom has taken over Orange ; on the Italian side of things, Enel has taken over Infostrada and, still in the Italian context, we could mention the various companies owned by local authorities which are behaving in a similar fashion.
