Par requête déposée au greffe de la Cour le 22 mars 1997, l'Union française de l'express (Ufex), anciennement Syndicat français de l'express international (ci-après le «SFEI»), DHL International et Service CRIE ont formé un pourvoi contre l'arrêt du Tribunal de première instance du 15 janvier 1997, SFEI e.a./Commission (ci-après l'«arrêt attaqué»), par lequel celui-ci a rejeté leur recours tendant à l'annulation de la décision de la Commission, du 30 décembre 1994, rejetant leur plainte introduite au titre de l'article 86 du traité CE (ci-après la «décision litigieuse»).
By application lodged at the Court Registry on 22 March 1997, Union Française de l'Express (Ufex), formerly Syndicat Français de l'Express International (hereinafter 'SFEI'), DHL International and Service CRIE brought an appeal against the judgment of 15 January 1997 in SFEI and Others v Commission [1997] (hereinafter 'the contested judgment'), in which the Court of First Instance dismissed their application for annulment of the Commission's decision of 30 December 1994 rejecting the complaint brought by them under Article 86 of the EC Treaty (hereinafter 'the contested decision').
