9. soutient les efforts de l'Union visant à aider l'Iraq à promouvoir la démocratie, les droits de l'homme, la bonne gouvernance et l'État de droit, notamment en s'appuyant sur l'expérience et les réalisations de la mission EUJUST-LEX en Iraq, dont le mandat s'est malheureusement achevé le 31 décembre 2013; soutient également les efforts déployés par la MANUI et le RSSG pour aider le gouvernement iraquien à renforcer ses institutions et ses structures démocratiques, à promouvoir l'État de droit, à faciliter le dialogue régional, à améliorer l'offre de services de première nécessité et à assurer la protection des droits de l'homme;
9. Supports the EU’s efforts to assist Iraq in promoting democracy, human rights, good governance and the rule of law, including by building on the experiences and achievements of the EUJUST LEX-Iraq mission, which – regrettably – completed its mandate on 31 December 2013; supports, also, the efforts of UNAMI and those of the SRSG to assist the Government of Iraq in strengthening its democratic institutions and processes, promoting the rule of law, facilitating regional dialogue, improving the provision of basic services and ensuring the protection of human rights;
