Le taux DDS pour le PET s'élevait à 5,5 % de la valeur fob, avec un plafond de 5,5 INR/kg et le taux DEPBS était de 8 % de la valeur fob, avec un plafond de 58 INR/kg. Déterminé en fonction des prix du PET prévalant au cours de la période d'enquête de réexamen, le taux plafond du DEPBS était applicable de façon générale, ce qui aboutissait à un avantage théorique de 4,64 INR/kg ou 5,8 %.
In function of PET prices prevailing during the RIP, the DEPBS cap was generally applicable resulting in a theoretical benefit of 4,64 INR/kg or 5,8 %. In the case of the DDS, the cap was not applicable so that the theoretical benefit amounted to 5,5 %.
