la fermeture de la bibliothèque du ministère des Pêches et des Océans (MPO) à St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador) (T.-N.-L.): a) quels sont les coûts prévus, à la fois (i) ventilés par dépense individuelle, (ii) au total, de cette fermeture; b) est-ce que l’espace qui abritait la bibliothèque appartient au gouvernement, (i) dans l’affirmative, quels sont les plans d’utilisation de cet espace, (ii) dans la négative, combien de temps le gouvernement entend-il continuer à louer cet espace, et à quelle
