1. Si plusieurs États ont émis un mandat d'arrêt européen ou un mandat d'arrêt à l'encontre de la même personne, le choix du mandat d'arrêt à exécuter est opéré par l'autorité judiciaire d'exécution en tenant dûment compte de toutes les circonstances et, en particulier, de la gravité relative et du lieu de commission des infractions, des dates respectives des mandats d'arrêt, ainsi que du fait que le mandat a été émis pour la poursuite ou pour l'exécution d'une peine ou d'une mesure de sûreté privative de liberté.
1. If two or more States have issued a European arrest warrant or an arrest warrant for the same person, the decision as to which of the arrest warrants shall be executed shall be taken by the executing judicial authority with due consideration of all the circumstances and especially the relative seriousness and place of the offences, the respective dates of the arrest warrants and whether the warrant has been issued for the purposes of prosecution or for execution of a custodial sentence or detention order.
