Even though they have the same effects, withdrawal, annulment and renouncement of authorisation are different situations and should be dealt with separately (For example, the reasons for withdrawal come about after authorisation was properly obtained, whilst annulment occurs when authorisation was obtained improperly, i.e. the reason precedes the granting of authorisation.)
