Second, value employees and public services.

If we can start talking about those things and start showing that there is recognition of the value of public service employees as employees and as people, and as people who pay taxes, then perhaps we will start to build a relationship where we can build some trust, where we can have some respect for each other, and where we can work together to ensure that the Canadians who pay our salaries—and they pay my salary too—get the service they need from government.

4. The annual implementation report submitted in 2020 and the final implementation report shall, in addition to the information and assessment set out in paragraph 2, include information on and assess the progress towards achieving the objectives of the national programme, bearing in mind the outcome of the policy dialogue referred to in Article 13(1).

32 The Court of First Instance pointed out that the criteria for assessing the distinctive character of three-dimensional marks consisting of the shape of a product are no different from those applicable to other categories of trade mark and that the distinctive character of a mark must be assessed, firstly, in relation to the goods or services in respect of which registration is applied for and, secondly, in relation to the perception of it by the relevant public.
