Kieley, Law and Government Division, Parliamentary Research Branch, Library of Parliament: Section 137, subsection 8 of the act, as I understand it, states that on the application of a person submitting a proposal, who claims to be aggrieved by the corporation's refusal, the court may restrain the holding of the meeting.
