24 (1) Sous réserve du paragraphe (2), un bateau de pêche doit avoir au moins deux cloisons transversales principales qui sont étanches et construites conformément à l’annexe III, dont l’une est située à l’avant du bateau à une distance du milieu n’excédant pas 35 pour cent de la longueur du bateau et l’autre, à l’arrière du bateau, à une distance du milieu n’excédant pas 45 pour cent de la longueur du bateau.
24 (1) Subject to subsection (2), a fishing vessel shall be fitted with two main transverse watertight bulkheads, one located forward of amidships at a distance not exceeding 35 per cent of the length of the vessel and the other located aft of amidships at a distance not exceeding 45 per cent of the length of the vessel, and the construction of the bulkheads shall be in accordance with Schedule III.
