Mr. Mauril Bélanger (Ottawa Vanier, Lib.): Mr. Speaker, it is with great pleasure that I rise today to belatedly congratulate a constituent of Ottawa Vanier who recently celebrated her 100th birthday.

At the international level the Ottawa G 7+ (US, Canada, Japan, France, Italy, UK, Germany, Mexico) health ministers meeting (with the participation of the Commission) examined a plan for improving international health security.

The announcement of the new EU-Canada Trade Initiative (ECTI) in Ottawa today builds on the Joint Action Plan trade chapter.

Exactly two years ago the EU-Canada Joint Action Plan was adopted in Ottawa.
