shall encourage recourse to the arbitration rules elaborated by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (Uncitral) and to arbitration by any centre of a State signatory to the Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards done at New York on 10 June 1958.

This largely comes from my experience of legal practice, both in the area of domestic law in my own Member State and in the area of international commercial arbitration.

Any dispute arising out of these Internal Regulations or related to them shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Uncitral (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) currently in force.
