62 (1) Les intérêts sont calculés au taux déterminé conformément aux paragraphes (2) et (3), converti en un taux annuel effectif, pour la période commençant à la date d’exercice du droit d’option et se terminant soit le dernier jour du mois précédant celui où il y a versement de la valeur de transfert, soit le quatre-vingt-dixième jour suivant la date d’exercice du droit d’option si l’ancien participant n’a pas alors donné les directives visées à l’alinéa 61(1)a).
62 (1) Interest shall be calculated, in accordance with the rate determined under subsections (2) and (3), and converted to an effective annual rate, for the period beginning on the date of the option and ending on the last day of the month before the month in which the transfer value is paid or, if the former participant has not given the direction referred to in paragraph 61(1)(a), ending 90 days after the date of the option.
