Lors du dépôt de l’instrument visé à l’article 58, paragraphe 2, de la convention, l’Union fait les déclarations prévues à l’article 11, paragraphe 1, point g), de la convention, concernant les informations ou documents exigés par les États membres et à l’article 44, paragraphe 1, de la convention, concernant les langues acceptées par les États membres outre leurs langues officielles ainsi que la déclaration prévue à l’article 44, paragraphe 2, de la convention.
When depositing the instrument referred to in Article 58(2) of the Convention, the Union shall make the declarations provided for in point (g) of Article 11(1) of the Convention concerning the information or documents required by the Member States and in Article 44(1) of the Convention concerning the languages accepted by the Member States other than their official languages, and the declaration provided for in Article 44(2) of the Convention.
