1. Sans préjudice de l'article 24, la SPE peut, sur la base d'une proposition de l'organe de direction ou d'administration , procéder à une distribution aux actionnaires à condition que, après la distribution, l'actif de la SPE couvre entièrement son passif.
1. Without prejudice to Article 24, the SPE may, on the basis of a proposal of the executive management body, make a distribution to shareholders provided that, after the distribution, the assets of the SPE fully cover its liabilities.
