40 (1) Les arbres porte-hélice et les arbres sous tube des bateaux de pêche ayant une jauge brute de plus de 150 tonneaux et accomplissant des voyages en eaux salées seront retirés pour l’inspection au moins une fois tous les deux ans; toutefois, il suffit de retirer pour l’inspection une fois tous les trois ans s’il s’agit de bateaux de pêche à une hélice et une fois tous les quatre ans s’il s’agit de bateaux de pêche à deux ou plusieurs hélices, les arbres suivants :
