16. constate un plus grand engagement de la part de l'État, des employeurs et des travailleurs dans un dialogue social représentatif et autonome et rappelle au gouvernement hongrois et aux partenaires sociaux la nécessité d'intensifier leurs efforts dans le domaine de la concertation sociale; se félicite, en attendant, de l'augmentation d'environ 60% du salaire minimum national et invite le gouvernement hongrois à encourager la signature de conventions collectives par secteur d'activité, en complément des accords d'entreprises déjà existants;

Notes that the state, employers and employees are all doing more to promote a representative and autonomous social dialogue, and reminds the Hungarian government and the social partners that increased efforts are needed in the field of social conciliation; welcomes, however, the approximately 60% rise in the national minimum wages, and calls on the Hungarian government to encourage the signing of collective bargaining agreements by industrial sectors, alongside the existing company agreements;
